After booking, you’ll receive intake forms to complete before we meet.
They give me helpful context so we can spend our time together focused on solutions — not paperwork.
Just answer honestly. No overthinking required.
If possible, try to time your baby’s feeding so they’re ready to eat when we meet.
This allows us to observe a full feeding together and make real-time adjustments.
If timing doesn’t line up perfectly, that’s okay. Babies have their own plans.
Have any pumps, bottles, or supplies you’re using nearby. And please don’t worry about tidying up — you just had a baby.
We’ll begin with conversation. From there, we’ll assess feeding together at your pace.
If hands-on support is helpful, I’ll always explain first and ask permission before touching you or your baby. Consent-first care is simply how I practice.
You’ll receive:
• A written care plan
• Clear next steps
• Follow-up recommendations
• Ongoing support if questions come up
Feeding changes. Babies grow. Things shift.
You’re welcome to reach back out — whether that’s next week or months from now.
Support doesn’t expire here.
Thank you for being here. Whether you're ready to book or just exploring your options, we're glad you found us. When the time is right, we're here — no pressure, no judgment, just support for wherever your feeding journey takes you. Most major insurance accepted.
